Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all European Union (EU) countries.
At this time, we do not ship outside the EU.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Shipping Times

As we operate a dropshipping model, products are shipped directly from our international fulfilment partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • EU Countries: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders shipped within the EU are generally not subject to customs duties.

Tracking Information

  • Please allow 24–72 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.

Delayed or Lost Orders

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, please contact us and we will investigate the issue promptly.
